Marcya’s performance career spans festivals, educational institutions, intimate jazz clubs, and theater stages. After time abroad in Italy and England, she settled in New York where she recorded her debut CD Keeping It Simple, executive produced by jazz luminary Wycliffe Gordon. After returning to the Midwest and settling in Wisconsin, Marcya became a familiar voice on the regional jazz scene, performing at celebrated venues and major festivals including Summerfest and the Fresh Coast Jazz Festival. She was also featured on the PBS Wisconsin educational series Re/sound: Songs of Wisconsin.
